The details:
The sweepstakes runs from December 1st 2015 until January 17th 2016. The winner will be contacted via email the week of January 18th. By entering this contest, Bay Dental is able to announce your first name and last name on their Facebook page as the winner of the contest. If the winner does not respond after 3 days, Bay Dental will send a second email, if there is still no response from winner after 4 more days, Bay Dental will redraw the winner.
Bay Dental has the right to adjust the prize if needed.
